Computer System/Products Orders:

Orders for Computer Systems and/or Products will be taken seriously. If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to contact us ASAP, by clicking here and filling in the required details.
Computer Systems will not be built until you have made full payment. Once payment has been received, your Computer System will be built with-in 5-7 business days. Once your system has been built, we will contact you to organise a delivery time. You will also need to purchase a call-out fee for the delivery, and installation fee if you need us to install the comptuer for you.

AirNav RadarBox Product Orders:

Orders that are placed while our stock levels are showing "0" will be placed on back order. In most cases, if our levels show "0" there will be some more stock in transit from our supplier in the UK. If your order is placed before we have re-ordered stock, there may be a 21 day delay in the stock arrive at our office. Once it has arrived, it will be dispatched to you within the usual time frame. All orders placed are automatically taking into account these terms and conditions.

Payments:

Computer Systems/Products: Payment will need to be made prior to delivery. You can make payments using any of the following: VISA*/MASTERCARD*Cash/Cheque¹/Electronic Funds Transfer[EFT] (Direct Deposit)².

Comptuer Services: Payment can be made on the day of servicing, or prior. You can make payments on the day using any of the following: Cash/Cheque¹/Electronic Funds Transfer[EFT] (Direct Deposit)² - At this point in time, we cannot accept any credit card/eftops payments on the day. If you wish to pay prior you can use any of the following: VISA*/MASTERCARD*/Cash/Cheque¹/Electronic Funds Transfer[EFT] (Direct Deposit)².

AirNav Systems Products: Payment will need to be made and cleared before your product will be shipped/available for collection. Payment can be made by any of the following methods: VISA*/MASTERCARD*/Cash/Cheque¹/Electronic Funds Transfer[EFT] (Direct Deposit)². Cancelling your order after your payment has cleared will incur a 30% administration fee. As we receive our stock from a supplier in the United Kingdom, there can be delays in us having available stock. It is usually a good idea to check with us to see if we have the product in stock/how long it will take for us to have it in stock.

AirNav RadarBox 3D - PreOrder:
By purchasing this product, you agree to pay a non-refundable deposit for the AirNav RadarBox 3D. Once the AirNav RadarBox 3D is available for purchase, you will be contacted by the VicScan Computer Solutions team, and provided with the information you require to make final payment. You will be able to select either the software upgrade (you will need an existing AirNav RadarBox 2009) or the whole package, which includes the hardware required. Failure to finalise your order within 1 month of being contacted by the VSCS team, you may not be able to take advantage of the introductory price.
