Returns Policy:

AirNav Systems Products:
Products that are found to be faulty can be returned to VicScan Computer Solutions for testing. Once testing has been completed, VicScan Computer Solutions will send you a report of the findings and whether a refund is applicable or not. If VicScan Computer Solutions is unable to reproduce the fault, VicScan Computer Solutions will contact you to discuss it further.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product will work with their setup before committing to purchase. If you wish to return the product because you find the product will not work with your setup, you will not be entitled to a full refund. Unopened products will receive a refund minus the shipping costs. If you have any questions regarding AirNav products, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing any orders.
